This print of a hand drawn mandala was created in the final days of Winter 2013. I start all of my mandalas in the center and I work my way out. Letting go of normal conventions and simply drawing the next shape that enters my mind. I then repeat that shape around the circle....continuing the process until the design is done. After the mandala is complete I color it. This particular design was hand colored with water color pencils in shades of spring coming through the icy blues of winter. This piece is apx. 8" in diameter and arrives on an 8-1/2 x 11 inch sheet of card stock bright white paper inside an acid free plastic envelope. Looks good in a 12" x 12" matt with an 8" x 8" opening and a 12"x 12" frame. Please be aware this is a low resolution file for internet viewing only.
